Q: What are your shipping options within the United States?

A: All orders are processed and shipped approximately 3-5 business days (domestic) from the order date.  Your order will be shipped with Priority Mail USPS. We only ship to the 50 states of the U.S., Puerto Rico & Canada at the moment. Free shipping on all orders over $75 only. 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO / FPO addresses. 

Shipping is free on orders over $75. All other orders will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the address it is being delivered to.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your ordered is processed you will receive your tracking number via email or text depending on the contact method that was entered at checkout.  You can Track Your Order here.

Q: Do you have a Return & Exchange Policy?

Q: How do I know if my order has been placed?

A: Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. When you order is complete you will be transferred to a confirmation page containing your order number. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact our support team at hello@featherandflameboutique.com.

Q: I've just placed my order, can I change it? 

A: Please send us an email as soon as possible if you would like to change something in your order. Please note that we cannot ensure that the item you would like to exchange for will still be available.
